THE CRIMINAL ACTS AND COVERUP OF THE CITY OF KATY PD

COMPLAINT AGAINST CRIMINAL SEAN M. KILEY

FALSE CITY OF KATY PD INVESTIGATION AND RETALIATION AGAINST COMPLAINANTS

After the initial complaint was filed against the corrupt cop, the City of Katy pretended to make an "investigation," but in reality they were criminally conspiring to find anything to retaliate against the complainants.

The following shows the desperate efforts to bring false charges against innocent citizens by the Criminal Officials of the City of Katy, Texas. Note on pages IA Report COK000102, 112, 113, 116 how corrupt Capt. Dickerson is trying to falsely accuse the innocent person of allegedly bribing a witness to the FBI and then to the Fort Bend County District Attorney Felipe Rendon. Note that although ADA Felipe Rendon told Criminal Capt. Dickerson that asking the witness to call would make him an agent of the City of Katy. The "witness" did call many times and every time he was told to tell the truth and that he could not get any money.

Note that Criminal Capt. Dickerson used FBI Special Agent Alfred T. Tribble, Jr. and asked him to bring charges too, but Tribble did not fall for the lies neither.

The only complaint Against Al Tribble and his bosses FBI Special Agent Kristin Rehler and Special Agent in Charge Stephen L. Morris is that although Criminal Capt. Dickerson lied to the FBI the FBI failed to bring charges against the City of Katy Police making it clear that if a citizen lies to the FBI they are charged with a crime, but if a corrupt police officer lies to them, they do not bring charges against the perjurers. RETALIATION FROM CRIMINAL CONSPIRATOR JEFFREY C. BRASHEAR

The City of Katy Municipal Court Judge Brashear and the City of Katy PD Chief William "Bill" Hastings criminally conspired to lie to the Jury and convict the innocent persons despite all evidence indicated the Corrupt ex-convicted criminal cop "snapped" criminally assaulted an innocent person and wrongfully arrested innocent persons, please see the expert reports above. Against the Texas Judicial Rules of Conduct, both Brashear and Hastings met in the conference room of the adjacent City of Katy building to have a meeting of the minds and conspire to lie and introduce false evidence in the City of Katy Municipal Court.

Texas Law Code 42.01 (http://www.statutes.legis.state.tx.us/Docs/PE/htm/PE.42.htm) is clear that for disorderly conduct the noise has to be more than 85 decibels and at least a warning must be given. However, the cop lied. In the deposition of the corrupt cop we can see the corrupt cop said the following:

The ex-convict cop played being an ignorant and admitted he did not even warn the innocent persons so he could not have legally arrested anyone and Judge Brashear knew it. As an expert witness said in the report above, the reason the corrupt cop did not give a warning is that there was nothing to warn about, after the innocent person told him "please do not talk to me like that" the ex-convict snapped in a criminally psychopathic manner.

Although ignorance of the law is not an excuse to break the law, it is reasonable to believe the criminal cop Sean M. Kiley knew he was breaking the law when he assaulted and wrongfully arrested the innocent persons, and then committed felony perjury when testifying in his deposition under oath.

However, without a shred of evidence against the innocent persons, and with video showing they were in fact the ones assaulted at the movie theater, in order to justify the mental snap and wrongful actions of his criminal cop, Brashear criminally conspired to lie in his own courtroom to the jury and the innocent persons were found guilty in his no record criminal court.

After the innocent persons appealed, the conviction was overturned, all charges dismissed and their bond was returned. The second innocent person wrongfully arrested as described in the experts' opinions appealed, the charges were never prosecuted and the bond was also returned in full.

These facts clearly show Brashear is just a criminal conspirator puppet of the City of Katy so he is willing to blatantly lie to the jury of his own court and become a criminal conspirator to charge and convict people wrongfully so Brashear can continue receiving favors and his paycheck from the corrupt City of Katy Officials.

DISMISSAL OF CRIMINAL RETALIATION PERPETRATED BY THE CITY OF KATY PD AGAINST COMPAINANTS DUE TO A $40 DOLLAR TAPE RECORDER (WORTH MORE THAN THE CITY OF KATY PD)

The City of Katy and the City of Katy Police Department managed to criminally retaliate by making lies and charging the innocent persons with retaliation.

This is the actual dismissal from the wrongful felony case the convicted criminal Police Officer of the City of Katy and his accomplices officials of the City of Katy brought against innocent citizens. Note what the Judge and Prosecutor wrote on the dismissal form. The delta is defendants and the C/W means complainant witness. A $40 dollar tape recorder is worth more than the City of Katy officials and the City of Katy Police Department. Please see for yourself:

The previous complaint was sent to all the City of Katy Officials and the City of Katy Police Department. Although there is overwhelming evidence that the Corrupt ex-convicted criminal cop perjured himself and acted criminally, the City of Katy Police Department refused to find him guilty, making the entire City of Katy and the City of Katy Police Department criminals of perjury, conspiring to wrongfully charge innocent persons of crimes and then when caught, covering up the evidence.
